That seems likely to me. They might have jumped on board to camouflage themself. But that vote was close and it could have been derailed by just a couple of defections. So my guess is they probably weren't on that wagon.

If anybody is could they feel safe saying so? A list of four is pretty small, and there is a chance we've been infiltrated.

I don't think they should say who on that list they are. Just if anybody has an objection of whatever sort to one of them being targeted they should say so. If not, don't worry about it.
